3 step process. Phone then two in person interviews. Speak on Sales and customer service as they live on those two. The process was straight forward and accommodating. Prepared well in advance and dresss the part.

Interview
It was a short interview; they asked more admin questions than personal questions. There asked about past experience. The interview turned out to be quite brief, focusing predominantly on administrative aspects rather than delving into personal inquiries. They inquired into my previous experiences, probing for details that could potentially align with the role I had applied for. The emphasis on administrative questions suggested a keen interest in understanding how my organizational skills and prior job responsibilities could translate into their work environment.

Interview
The interview was virtual. The interviewer was uninterested right from the start of the interview. She looked away from her screen/camera constantly, during her questions and during my answers. Also, you could tell from the lighting from the screen that she was changing screens and type without explaining if she was taking notes. It was very hard to concentrate and take the interview seriously. It was evident that the decision not progress me to the next stage was made before the interview had started.
