I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Tacoma, WA) in Jun 2024
Interview
Pretty crappy with the Tacoma branch. Had me wait an extra 30 minutes for the manager to come to the interview during the second round because he was on a call.... this alone gave me pretty crap vibes from the place. Also heard they only recently implemented a 45 hour max per week meaning that previously they were used to running their trainees and managers to the ground. They will tell you the typical " oh people want to come into a job and earn 100k right out the door, but back in my day you had to WORK For it... " Whole spill was pretty cringey to listen to.
3 Rounds :
1st Online interview, why youre interested and why you want to work for them.
2nd : In person at branch interview. Very casual you get the 1st hour to talk to the branch and just see hwo the operations run. After you go interview with 2 people. The manager and assistant manager. General questions about communication style, why enterprise, your back ground in customer service .
3rd itnerview, more so the same as the 2nd and pretty casual.
