I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2024
Interview
For me there were three rounds of interviews. The first was a phone screen with the a talent aquisition manager. The second was a sit down interview with an area manager for an hour and before that an hour at a branch to see how they operate and meet some of the team at that location. The third interview was with the group rental manager.
I followed up with a thank you email a couple of days later and asked the initial recruiter what next steps were and received an automated rejection email a couple of days later. During the process the recruiter and group rental manager asked questions about my experience and I can tell that caused hesitation with them as I had a good amount of sales and account management experience. So it looks like this role really is for entry level folks in their career experience. Something tells me that don’t want someone who is really ambitious that can move up the ranks as at the end of the day their decision didn’t make sense as I believe that they thought I wouldn’t be all in or committed and always look for other roles that paid more.

Q: Tell me a time you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you resolve that?
Q: What does a good customer experience look like to you?
Q: Tell me about your greatest sales accomplishment
Q: What is causing you to look at Enterprise as a place of employment
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2024
Interview
The person who interviewed me via video was not engaged, asked no probing questions… the process is superficial and colossal waste of my time. The person would sip her beverage after asking me a question. It was ultra unimpressive. I thought I was interviewing for an actual management position. I have over 25 years experience in the key areas and I have the educational requirements. When she said trainee … I laughed inside. Then she asked why would enterprise invest in me…. I replied because I invested in myself in overage of what they are willing to pay or invest in me.., therefore I am a Great Investment….Within less than 24 hours I was sent my rejection letter…

Question 1
The questions vary it’s a psychological interview… so I would think the younger or more impressionable you are the interviewer will sense that and not feel threatened and hire you … dumb down and pretend to be excited to be a trainee and I think your chances of getting hired will increase tremendously
