I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2012
Interview
Thorough process as I had four interviews starting with a phone interview. I was brought in to meet with the recruiter. We hit it off, she gave me lots of tips about what to expect day to day, what it's all about and answered all my questions. The next interview was in the branch, that was good because I got to meet the staff and then interview with the district manager. I got a call two days later inviting me to the final interview which I gladly accepted. That was the toughest interview with the regional vice president. I wanted the career opportunity but left my final interview unsure. Two days later I got a call with an offer and I gladly accepted.

Question 1
Most questions where asking for examples, I had to think when asked about a time I had been rejected or failed and what I did.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Milford, CT) in Nov 2012
Interview
It was a 3 step interview process. I got through all of them. On the final interview was where they really drill you to make sure you are ready to start your career here. The 3rd and final interview was with 2 of the senior executives and they played 'good cop' 'bad cop' meaning one was super nice while the other one was drilling you with questions. just be confident and convincing that you really want the job. i didn't really want it too much i just needed to find something so they probably saw that.
