I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
I sent in my resume on campus, and they granted me an interview. Lots of questions about sales and building relationships. How would you sell this product or service, why do you want to work here, why should we hire you? Basic stuff. At the end of the interview, the recruiter gave me a copy of the company dress code, which I found odd.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Washington, DC)
Interview
The first interview will be with HR.
The next interview may be with an Area Manager and/or Branch Manager. A third interview may be with a Regional Manager.
Be able to give examples specifics for customer service. Be energetic, excited and confident but not cocky. They are looking for people to move up.
At the end, sell yourself. Tell why it is a good fit and why you would make a good choice.

Question 1
Being put in a position to sell something to the interviewer on the spur of the moment.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Casa Grande, AZ)
Interview
Initial interview with a recruiter, then an interview at the branch you're applying at with a district manager. An hour's worth of job shadowing precedes this second interview. The branch I applied at looked about thirty years past its prime and had computers running Win95. The whole place seemed like a bad joke from the moment I walked through the door.

Question 1
District manager didn't seem to believe my response as to how I had heard of Enterprise. The company recently ran commercials that talked about how they hired college graduates and the district manager pretty much thought I was lying to him.
