The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Bronx, NY) in Aug 2011
Interview
The 1st interview was a basic phone interview with a Talent Acquisition specialist to screen candidates. The 2nd interview was with the same person, many situational questions. The 3rd was with a Branch Manger and with the Area Manager. Some people have either or, but I had both grilling me at the same time. The last interview was with the Regional VP. If you don't know the STAR interview format LEARN IT! Its definitely needed since a lot of the questions follow this format. Customer service skills and Sales experience is a must even though I do not have a lot of sales experience. Be yourself and express that Enterprise is for you!

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (South Bend, IN) in Jun 2011
Interview
Applied online. That process was easy. I waited about 1 week to hear back from them. Had a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Straight forward questions. Mostly confirming information on your resume. Asked a few questions about customer serivce experience. Confirm that want to work 50 hours a week. Advice for phone interview: just sound chipper and upbeat.
Got second interview that was located at the main office in my state. Again pretty easy interview. Make sure that you mention your love of money. They want to know that you will be able to bring in a revnue. Like in the phone interview be upbeat and excited. It's a fast paced enviroment. Be competitive. Make sure you want to work a lot of hours.
After this interview you are supposed to interview with a branch in your area then the DM. Overall about 4 interviews.
Even though I didn't move on I would still recommend any one starting off to interview with them. It would be a great opportunity for that right person.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2011
Interview
Got interviewed over the phone by a talent acquisition specialist. Asked questions about sales experience, why I picked this company, how I heard about them. Got to the second round where I was supposed to sit with the area manager but he was busy so I sat with a branch manager. Asked very similar questions and showed me how the everyday operation was through observation.
