I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Renton, WA) in Mar 2011
Interview
/Interviewed by Recruiter for 1st phase interview. Interviewer was young, and personable. However, it became clear she was looking for recent college grad with significant sales experience. Although position was advertised as customer service, perks and promotions were based exclusively on sales quotas being met. Emphasis on "competitive" nature of job was repeated. Interviewer seemed to have a rote set of questions, with little real interest in personal experience. Position in question was not clearly defined, except as an entry to other company operations.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2011
Interview
The interview was comfortable, the Recruiter was nice, and the work culture and people seemed nice. The questions were focused on past situations, the actions I took, and the results achieved. Be ready to answer questions about your leadership ability, a time when you had to motivate others, and your greatest leadership accomplishment.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2011
Interview
The first interview consisted of a phone interview and I was then asked to come in for a second interview, which went well. The third interview consisted of a 1:1 with the area manager and branch manager. The first hour you sit with someone and they tell you about the daily happenings of Enterprise. As I was sitting there, I realized that this "job" is a joke and to work 50 hours a week and only make 31500 is ridiculous.
