Enterprise Mobility interview questions

First off I didn't plan ahead or research enough for the sort of questions the recruiter might ask. So I was not prepared and stumbled over my answers. She asked me questions about: background experience schooling where did i see myself in 5 years with Enterprise what management situations had I been in what leadership roles had I held could I describe a time when I had to show leadership or management skills to overcome a situation work hours traveling for the job The recruiter told me pay was low $30,000 between 40-50 hours a week. Rotating weekly day/night shifts.
