The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Sep 2009
Interview
Spoke with a HR recruiter who really didn't seem too interested in delving into the interview or my qualifications. She rushed through the interview and asked all the basic questions: tell me about a difficult situation you faced and how you reacted; tell me why you're a good leader and what leadership roles you've been in; tell me about a difficult sales position you've been in, etc. Pretty standard stuff.

Question 1
What's the most difficult sales objection you've encountered?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2007
Interview
3 interviews, first was basically screening/prep with HR mananger for second and third interviews. second interview took place with branch/area managers after a 1 hour branch observation, and third interview was with regional manager. definately a huge stress on sales and customer service

Question 1
What would you do if you are ranked at the bottom of the sales stats?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Rockville, MD) in Apr 2009
Interview
Process was a sham. Managers are glorified car washers. They were obviously looking for recent graduates and expect ongoing turnover. The questions were very routine. It is difficult to be objective about the process. Apparently they do call you back for a second and third interview with higher levels of management, but I'm sure that my body language indicated that I was not really interested. They seemed to lose interest in me when they saw that I had done my research and knew about their program in detail.
