I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Windsor, CT) in May 2023
Interview
The recruiter was late to our zoom meeting by almost 15 minutes and blamed me for having to reschedule. Then once I got the opportunity to interview I was strung along for 3 different screenings and had to call out of work to do so because there was no flexibility, in person I received positive feedback in person from all those that I talked to, but then I was told they would "pursue other candidates". I then asked for pointers and advice and was ghosted by all three people that interviewed me. My advice don't waste your time with Enterprise or any of their sister companies.

Question 1
exact words from Brad Teal "I know selling cars isn't the sexiest career, but what makes you think you're a good fit for this role?"
First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.
