I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2017
Interview
Started with a phone screen and then progressed to a one on one interview. Phone screen was pretty quick process, we just went over basic information. The one on one interview was very different from most interviews that I had. I was asked a lot about my past internship(s), which were not tremendous experiences, so I had to be sure to put a positive spin on them and relate to the position. Most questions were directed at my past experience but I listed a few that came up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Where do you see yourself in the next few years
2. Why did you apply to this internship

Interview
Three interviews. Phone, in person and in person with branch manager. Nice people and easy to have a conversation with. Just go in and be yourself! Show that you have customer service experience. They also want to see that you are willing to work with a team. Really great company to get experience with.

Interview
Met with talent acquisition manager in the Harrisburg corporate office. Interview was a meet and greet and talking about my resume and enterprise. She helped me pick out topics I should highlight in my next interview. A week later a shadowed at a branch for half a day and then met with the manager and area manager for the second interview. They drilled me with questions about customer service and handling specific situations. I was selected to move on to the last interview. I met with the same area manager and also the manager I would be stationed at. This was more about job specifics and expectations.
