I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Apr 2016
Interview
The process is pretty straightforward. I applied online and received an email shortly there after to schedule a phone interview. The questions were centered on your sales experience which I didn't have much of. They also ask you general interview questions that allow them to better understand you.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Dayton, OH) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online then I had a phone screening interview and then I went to the Enterprise in which I would be working and had an in person interview. The phone screening was easy and asked genre questions about my goals and if I have ever had tickets or DUIs and such. Then the interview was more interacting and was behavior based. There were many "how would you respond to..." types of questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Started with an interview at a career and internship fair, got a second interview at a branch location at which I ended up working during the summer, ended with a third interview at the administrative offices. Overall the interviews were very easy and they are looking for people who are very competitive so if you can display a competitive nature, you will have traits they're looking for.
