The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jun 2012
Interview
I feel I am very qualified to perform this job. I have a business degree along with 8 years of customer service experience. I did follow up with the interviewer after I was sent a standard thank you for interviewing but we have decided to pursue other candidates. She stated to be fair and consistent with all candidates she could not elaborate as to why I was not chosen. I am not sure what she meant by this but I feel this company has missed out on a great employee. I am currently taking a Human Resource Management course at my local college and if I could give some advice it would be to study behavioral based questions and practice phone interviewing. I feel to stay in compliance with EOE laws you should at least give an explanation as to why a candidate was not chosen so it does not lead to confusion as to why a qualified person was not hired. I feel the interviewer was professional as far as the interview but when someone does a follow up with you maybe more of an explanation would cure their curiosity and make them realize it was not age or race related. Thanks

Interview
I interviewed for an at home position, was offered the position and was told by the recruiter that she would be emailing me further paperwork. After a couple days I had not received the paperwork so I emailed the recruiter. She sent back a generic, "we went with another candidate." This was AFTER I had been offered the position! Very unprofessional.
