I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Oahu Island)
Interview
3 rounds of interviews. Mostly behavioral questions about sales, customer service, leadership. The interviewers were all friendly and they were always transparent about the next steps. Overall good experience. It took around 3 weeks in total and they gave me an offer.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Passed the first interview, had a good but terribly long and inefficient/ill prepared second interview where I was told to shadow employees. Half of the time was spent chatting because the employees didnt know what else to show me, showing a clear lack of instruction from higher up. I had to stand for an hour, learn the details of their computer system as if I was already hired, and then had a one hour sit down interview at the end. Which was delayed, by the way. The interview process was casual and uncaring, with the manager reading questions off the screen carelessly. Still, it was a decent time. I answered the questions confidently, and went home with a smile on my face. I got an email from somebody I never met stating I wasnt hired. No explanation, of course. I would suggest that if you are going to being somebody in and train them how to use to apps and computer system, you should be pretty prepared to hire them. If not, then lower the shadowing time and don't lead the interviewee to think they had the job by using words like “when you work here…” Pretty bummed I didnt get hired, pretty bummed at the carelessness of the setup of the 2 hour interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Location) in Nov 2024
Interview
You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
