I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Portland, OR) in Nov 2013
Interview
If you review everything for this company on Glassdoor you will guaranteed get the job. I won't go into all 3 interviews. Just details of the phone interview since that's your first one to pass. Phone interview: just checking to see if you have the qualities and you’re the right fit for the position...literally a screen. They'll ask you about the work environment you prefer, they'll ask you about team work, leadership abilities, sales abilities, customer service... she was looking at my resume that I uploaded online during the screen and was only concerned with my work that had to do with sales like retail even though I feel those were my weaker positions. She asked me why I wanted to get in this line of work and where I see myself in a few years. If i'm goal oriented and results driven. Told me that the job is heavily performance based and asked how I feel about working 50+ hours a week plus nights and weekends. Asked about how I feel making decisions. Asked about how i feel with knowing that my performance will be judged among my peers at whatever branch I work at. Asked if i consider myself a competitive person. Asked how comfortable i would be dealing with customers who would say no often. Asked about my sales experience and what things i learned about sales such as tactics for closing a sale. Told me that the position was primarily sales. Told me what branches are currently hiring in the area i want to work. I asked what qualities they look for when she asked me if i had any questions. she told me they look for people who are coachable and very driven. She said they are a very conservative company so suits and no visible tattoos or piercings. she said if hired there would be a week school-like training at their head office

schedule a phone interview after emailing. She asked a series of question regarding my sales experience and customer service. Questions mostly dealt with situations involving customers.
