Interview Summary:
Format: The interview was conducted in person at the Irving office with both the manager and supervisor present.
Style of Questions:
Behavioral Questions: Most of the interview focused on behavioral questions, where I was asked to describe how I handled situations in past roles.
These typically followed the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Example topics included: teamwork, conflict resolution, meeting deadlines, handling pressure, and communication.
Hypothetical Questions: There were also a few hypothetical questions, where they asked how I would handle certain situations if they came up in the future.
These were designed to test my problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and alignment with company values.AL

It was really warm, smooth and professional. They made the process comfortable and asked basic ques as well as questions aligned to role. behavioral ques aligned to role! tell us about a time u motivated a team member. You should be able to drive.

Interview
Not very good. Talked very fast whilst explaining the role and asked a lot of questions. Applied for one location and was told within the first minute of the interview they no longer had any spots available at that location. Although it's a management role, it is mostly sales with more than 40 hours of time worked needed a week.
