I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2016
Interview
Long, extensive, read the glassdoor reviews and you'll know everything they'll ask. Prepare to provide specific examples of sales or customer service. There were three total for me, one phone, one in person at the branch, one at home over skype with someone very high up in the company. They talked about themselves and the company almost as much as I spoke. Background check, no drug test.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2016
Interview
Had a call with a recruiting manager over the phone. She told me its a three step process to get the job. First you have a phone interview with the recruitment manager. Next you go into the branch and talk with a branch manager, and finally you have a final interview in which you will perform the tasks of what a person would do if given the position.

What is one good experience you can tell me about customer service?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Laguna Niguel, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The hiring process went very smooth. They were able to quickly get my three interviews set up and get me through the stages very fast. The first interview was an in person interview that easily got me to me to the next interview. I was flexible with my time, making it was simple to set up the next interviews. The following two interviews were longer than the first. I think having an open schedule allowed me to move through the interview process very quickly. I recommend that if you want to get the job to be available whenever they need you. Make sure to wear business professional for every interview, but they did a good job to tell you that.
