I applied in-person. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2026
Interview
Pretty straightforward. 3 part interview process. Each interviewer was able to go deeper into detail on how the structure works. Very self explanatory when it comes to what you do. Everything seems good here.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Liverpool, Inglaterra) in Mar 2026
Interview
The initial communication and scheduling were clear; however, the phone interview itself did not fully reflect that. The call was scheduled between 3–4pm but took place slightly after 4pm, and it lasted only around 4 minutes. This made it difficult to properly present my experience, motivation, and suitability for the role.
During the call, there was repeated focus on my right to work in the UK, despite confirming that I am eligible. This felt somewhat disproportionate given the limited time spent discussing my skills, background, and career goals.
Following the interview, I received feedback stating that my communication lacked clarity and conciseness. I feel that such a short interaction may not provide a fair or accurate assessment of a candidate’s communication abilities.

Question 1
If I have the right to work in the UK... it seems really suspicious to not know the roles in this country. or just to avoid me completely

Interview
Interview is a phone call, followed by video call, followed by face to face day. It is easy with behavioral questions and answers regarding customer service. Be positive and engaging on the face to face day and you will be fine
