I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Avon, IN)
Interview
The interview went really well! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Most of the questions were scenario-based, focusing on customer service, leadership, and sales. It was a very formal and professional interview, and it gave me a great impression of the company culture—professional, supportive, and people-focused.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Phoneton, OH) in May 2023
Interview
It was fine, im not sure if it is a legitimate internship. It doesn’t seem to be related to the actual company. Meaning, the program wouldn’t really have any benefits for completion.
They started off with a worksheet, which was sort of a checklist of different aspects of the day-to-day I would expect. Then came the interview with the assistant manager and the regional manager.

Question 1
One thing they asked is what I didn't like from what I've heard thus far about the role- I mentioned the hours seemed a little over what I expected. They seem to have taken it to heart; they want someone to be available from early morning to the late end of the day.
