Enterprise Mobility interview questions

3 steps - virtual interview (30 mins), followed by 1 hour branch observation and interview. The last stage is an interview with the regional manager. The questions were mostly about leadership, and customer service experience. Be prepared to give examples of successes you've had in sales and customer service.

Branch visit to a local branch. All were friendly, but not much to do whilst there. Interview was very stereotypical interview questions about specific scenarios (e.g. when have you turned a no into a yes), even though these sorts of questions had already been asked during video interview previously.
