The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Brooklyn, NY) in Oct 2009
Interview
Nothing serious everything you would expect from an interview. During the phone interview they ask you basic interview questions about past work experience, your skills, and a variety question of different situations such as what to do with a dissatisfied customer to different sales examples. The one on one interview is very similar just more in depth.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Boston, MA) in Mar 2009
Interview
Phone interview, then a personal interview. They asked good questions, seemed generally interested. The phone interview was with the recruiter who initially contacted me via email. Be prepared, read this site and the Enterprise Management Trainee site. They'll ask you why you want to work for Enterprise if you have a college degree.

Question 1
Why do you want a position in Enterprise that has little to do with your college degree?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Macon, GA) in Sep 2009
Interview
Interview was overall a pleasant experience. First you meet with the regional HR recruiter and the second intervew is with a manager and is at a different branch. MAKE SURE you tell them if you have more than one speeding ticket or any other driving violation because they almost offered my friend a job but she had 2 speeding tickets within the past 3 years so she went through the whole interview process for nothing.
