Good, informative. The staff was very nice and down to earth. Seemed like it would be a nice place to work. Their promotion process was awsome except the part about going to the airport for four months.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2024
Interview
First contact was through a virtual interview with someone from the HR department. Asked standard interview questions and they provided a brief overview. Second contact was an invite to a local rental office to meet the team and see the environment with the management. Third interview is with local and regional management. Quite a lengthy process for an entry-level position. They justify it as all their staff start in the same position then work their way up to available opportunities.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Salisbury, MD) in May 2024
Interview
Interviewer was running late, seemed a bit thrown together, he also seemed more focused on being comfortable than looking professional, which isn't bad, just not what I was looking for.
