On site interviews at the new Bangalore ITC office. 1 communication test round,then Senior manager and MD round followed by a 1 month silence. A telephonic conversation with senior manager from the US, followed by another month of silence. Finally formality interview with VP of HR,followed by 2 weeks of silence. Final final senior HR calls for a scheduled face to face and politely negotiates hard on the salary numbers and tries to sell the new companies opportunities and future growth possibilities etc. Promises to follow up and send details but it's been over a month since I've heard from them, but I'm not surprised.
