Interview
Interview process started with a screening interview, which took place over the phone, followed by in-person interviews and second interviews. In addition to a hiring manager, you make meet with managers, employees, and other staff. The offer was conditional on background check and criminal screening.
Very straightforward, two-way conversation interview to discuss role, responsibilities and target objectives around sourcing and procurement. Interviews typically involve recruiter screening, a hiring manager interview, a case or technical assessment, a second stakeholder interview focusing on delivery and sourcing, then references and offer.
