I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ericsson (Estocolmo, ) in Feb 2020
Interview
A one-way video that was challenging but fun. However, the monologue interviews are hard to perform well in my opinion. I prefer to rather have interviews conducted face to face but can understand this mode when there is such a larger number of applicants. Furthermore, the process was good besides that and you got to answer 5 questions with a timer.
