Applied through College,Simple recruiting process,Basic questions on networking and telecommunications,They came to college and there were three rounds of interviews,1:1 basic technical,panel interview 3:1,1:1 hr interview,Extremely chilled out engineers for the interview and not very coding intensive,they basically test your knowledge on the concepts learnt in college and are very specific about the answers they receive else they try to coax the answer out of you.

3 stages of interview with team leader, hiring manager and HR. 1 aptitude test that has a 70% passing marks. Passed all 3 ivs but did not pass the test by 2 marks, so all ivs were voided. 2 months of hiring process

Easy technical questions, how to troubleshoot etc.
The staff at the assessment day were all very friendly and approachable, creating a positive atmosphere. The interview itself was straightforward, consisting mainly of basic behavioral questions aimed at understanding my problem-solving and communication skills.

It was a all and all good experience, I was from EEE but they required ECE. I did the programming part but lacked in networking. It is a good opportunity, people are really helpful.
