2 rounds of interview: 1 technical test and 1 face-to-face interview. The feedback is prompt. usually they have a presentation held in the Politehnica University every year, presenting the intership program.

The interview was friendly and quick. Questions from the interview focused on relevant skills. Communication was clear, and the team was professional. Overall, a positive experience with a smooth process.

It was a very relaxed interview process. First round was a behavioral with HR, make sure to know the company and its history. Second round is with your manager, few technical but still was mostly behavioral.

There were 3 rounds. 1st was with HR, 2nd Virtual with some mix of technical and behavioural questions. 3rd was open ended technical questions that looked more like system design.
