Got an interview after the HireVue screening, and then completely ghosted. It has now been 1.5 months since the interview without an offer or rejection. No reply from the recruiter when asking for updates either. I'm most likely a backup at this point, but still incredibly unprofessional to completely ignore candidates who put time and effort into the process. The HR industry really needs to change.

Interview
You have to apply on their website and they will contact you if they like your profile. You have to be enrolled in a Swedish university. You will have 3 rounds of interviews.
Online application followed by questions you answer online by recording yourself, use the time allotted to prepare main points. Followed by personal interview with team that HR has matched you with.
Super nice interviewers, interviewed by manager and mentor together. One-round interview, waited around a week to hear the result. Questions mostly focus on my resume. No specific technical questions included, just trying to make sure you skills fits the profile.
