Interview process for the graduate position wasn't too difficult. There were three stages to this. 1st stage was a simple coding exericse. 2nd stage a supervised coding exercise with 5 questions in increasing level of difficulty. Final interview was going over my experience and answering technical questions.

I apply through LinkedIn when they posted online for new grad software developer 1. At first I have to complete written interview with 5 questions. 2. Second round is technical skill with 3 tasks. First task is easy. Second task is about fixing code and the last one is kinda difficulty. 3. This is the round for verbal interview and live code exercise

For example, 1- why I choose Ericsson, 2- what is my salary expected, 3- what is my knowledge for data structure and algorithm, etc. 4- What is my knowledge for Linux and modern software development tools (Git, Jenkin, etc). 5- How can I travel to the place I am applying.
