Hiring manager was more interested in the candidates personal life , family background than the work experience and potential. the most uncomfortable interveiw where clearly hiring manager was biased against working mothers. this was last of the 6 round of interview , until which point it was a positive experience. my concern was shared with recruiter , however there was no way to know if there is any action taken to educate the leader about interview etiquette.

Thorough process, got to meet a number of people in the team. Clear questions, a mix of give me an example of when / behavioural / competency based. I enjoyed the process, it gave me a good feel of the culture and role.
