Interview
After submitting your application, the next stage is a personality/strengths assessment to assess your character. Most of these are behavioral questions. I got to the Hirevu interview portion, where you video record your answers to the prompted questions. There are more behavioral and situation questions in this portion. Afterwards, if you pass the previous rounds, you would be invited to interview with real people. It was a bit frustrating that for most of this process, you don't speak with a single human until the very end.

Interview
It was a series of video calls that spanned over a few weeks. The first was a video call about past roles and experience. The second was a technical interview. Lastly, there was another call that was more or less to gauge whether you would be a good fit within the team.
