Far too long-winded for the role. Initial recruiter call, informal video call with a team member, hour video interview with hiring manager, half hour video interview with team member, hour video interview with an adjacent manager. All interviews went well but I was then left waiting for a month while the team decided they wanted to change the role’s scope and relocate it. The recruiter seemed equally frustrated with how this went. Very poor experience.

After a month of interviewing with five people, and great conversations, the 6th person never showed up due to a family emergency.
After rescheduling twice, I decided to back out. The recruiter was not communicative, not clear with scheduling, and would often "get back" to me on an issue that arose Thursday, on the next Monday. The kicker is that this 6th interviewer was going through a devastating family emergency. I would hope that in such a circumstance, a substitute could be found for this interviewer, or a decision could be made based on the 5 previous interviews.
I've never had so much time wasted on an interview process. Really unfortunate because the first 5 conversations were great.

The first step was a hirevue interview with basic questions about the candidate like availability and salary expectations and then 2-3 competency based questions. The next steps are interview with hiring managers however, no response from HR after rejection mail.
