Phone screen with recruiter and then depending where you are they fly you out for a full day of interviews and tests. The interviews last all day and you just sit in a room as people rotate in and out asking you the same questions over and over.

Was contacted by a friend who has just started working there; was introduced then to a recruiter who scheduled a phone interview with an engineer. After a small chat about my career, we started a coding session in colabedit. Tee interviewer copy/pasted the question into the text box and asked me to start coding. Though the questions were simple, it was not my brightest interview, I should have prepared.
