I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Seúl) in Jun 2017
Interview
The process took almost 7 weeks. I submitted my application in the end of April and did the video recording submission during the first week of May. After that, I received an email for a face to face interview in June. Before this interview, I had a Bluejeans (something like Skype) interview with the HR manager. After this, there were 2 more rounds. The first one was with the managers and the other one was with the area manager. The final round was via Bluejeans because he was on a business trip. I was received an offer towards the end of June. The whole process took almost 2 months. The interview was not difficult, considering I had worked in various hotels and went to a hotel school, but the time it took was a little longer than I expected.
I applied online same day, was contacted the next day via phone call by the recruiter to set up a phone screen that week which was about 45 minutes and pretty thorough. After the phone screen is a video interview and then an in-person interview, all one-on-one. The recruiter was extremely professional, always followed up, gave feedback at every stage, and provided suggestions on what to prepare for. Communication was easy and great, and I really value the professional, swift, and positive experience I had interviewing with Expedia. Each person I talked to was really friendly, open, outgoing, and patient.
