Interview
Entretien en 3 temps:
1) entretien vidéo sur des questions "behavioral" face à différentes situations (exemple de question: "Where do you think your strengths lie when looking through the job description? And what are the two main things you would like to learn in your first six months? Please respond in French."
2) entretien de 1 heure avec l'area manager: questions de motivations à rejoindre le poste, mises en situation, questions de personnalité et de comportements face à des situations critiques
3) entretien physique avec un des responsables du pôle
Le suivi est très long et on laisse les candidats attendre et espérer pendant plusieurs jours. Je trouve qu'il y a un vrai manque de suivi de la part des managers et rh.

Interview
Basically took about 2 months all together. Had an initial recorded video screen, then a video interview a couple weeks later, then a final round video interview a few days after.
The biggest thing that struck me was midway through my final round interview the Hiring Manager felt that I was too overqualified??? I definitely met the requirements and I wasn’t overqualified as a new grad. From that point on it definitely killed the rest of the interview, and she cut it early. Such a bummer because this company is so great and I wish I was given a fair chance.
Had to reach out to the recruiter for a response in the end.
