Expedia Group Senior Launch Manager interview questions

The interview consists of several stages like: Initial call, with recruiter, interview with manager, interview with the team, interview + presentation with 3 directors. I have never been in such a weird interview, where the company took almost 2 months before take a decision and then at the end of the stage, they started to realise that they could give the opportunity to an internal candidate. Not professional at all and showed a lack of respect to the other candidates.
