Express Employment Professionals Customer Service Representative interview questions

I went to the office in Addison and filled out a lot of paperwork. Interviewed with a guy who made me feel like I would perfectly qualify for the position as a Customer Servi ce Rep since that is what most of my resume is about. I have about 8 years experience in that industry. I have a clean background and a great attitude. So he told me he would call within 5 days and its been over a week and still no call. I called their office, left a voicemail and still no call back. It would be nice since I'm unemployed and use my gas to get there and back home if they would let me know I didn't qualify or they are still looking for work elsewhere. And they are a staffing agency but this is how they treat their people.

I applied online when I saw a few jobs advertised on an internet job board. I received an email almost immediately asking requesting that I take a personality and skills test. After I completed those tests and my scores were sent in, I called the office and scheduled an interview. I arrived on time and waited almost 2 hrs for my interview to begin. The receptionist claimed that they were overbooked. After filling out paperwork and taking more skills tests and personality tests, I watched a video about the company. Finally after more waiting, I interviewed with the staffing agent. He was very nice and friendly. The interview lasted only 10 minutes and I was offered a job with the company. However, since my availability was limited due to school, I was told that once I had an open availability, to call in and see if any positions matching my skills were available. It has been 2 months since, and I have called and left messages and no one has responded to any of my emails. I recently called and spoke to the guy who interviewed me and he was very rude.
