FDM Group Applications Support Analyst interview questions

First you apply on their website with just a resume. Second you get a call to arrange a short 15 minute interview to get to know you and see if your the right fit into their program with a few easy questions. (Try to express an interest in IT). Third you visit their office for an assessment day with a up to 11 other applicants downtown Toronto. You complete 3 tests all 1 hour each, and have three 1 on 1 interviews lasting 5 minutes each to assess your technical, verbal communication, and to get to know who you are. Then you get an offer or not. All the staff are very friendly. Got to meet the business director, HR executive and mingle with current students currently in the training stage.
