I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2015
Interview
There was a telephone interview which lasted about 15 minutes with one of the graduate recruiters. Fairly simple stuff and they give you feedback on how you have done. Next they offer you an assessment day. The assessment day is made up of a few presentations, three 5 minute interviews and then 2 exams. All really easy.

Interview
I applied online, after one week I had a video interview. It's a bit awkward this type of interview because you have to talk to the camera. After a few hours they called me to arrange the assessment day. In the assessment day I had 3 quick-fire interviews with questions similar to video interview, Please notice that theses interviews are strength-based so can be tricky. Also I had a maths test. Make sure that you have revised long divisions and multiplications, pythagoras theorem, equations, fractions and powers (no calculator allowed but it's easy). After that I had an IT aptitude test and Venn diagrams test. The environment it's quite friendly.
