FDM Group Graduate Programme interview questions

Easy process. Transparent how and what the process looks like. Spent morning at the Leeds HQ. Go through 4 different interviews and complete multiple different written tests. Testing mathematics with mul;til[pe choice options.

This was without a doubt the worst job interview of my life. The day was very heavy and long, after a quick presentation of the company, soon we started the exams, one after the other, many of them not even relevant to the position, also the support team was not very good. The last part of the process was the interviews, 3 in total, one after the other as the interviewers were bombing us like in a war, the questions were very long and many of them were meaningless. As we were 12 candidates and it was late in the day the interviewers rushed like lightning and one of them seemed to be bored. I don't remember having relevant questions, only questions pre-formulated. If you want to be a candidate be prepared for a long and tiring day and to do an irrelevant exam for the job and be bombarded with nonsensical questions.
