Interview was ok, however the working assessments they had me do, via Arctic Shores, were ridiculous. Just various minigames testing my reflexes, arithmetic, pattern recognition, etc. It was quite fun to do to be honest, but not relevant whatsoever for the job.
Non-technical, They are looking to see if you have a skill set that aligns with their company and if you are trainable. The final interview consists of three interviews with ore senior members of the company,
I got an online aptitude test and followed by an video interview.
Aptitude test was about logical and set theory test and also some easy coding questions which had a 50 min time limit.
