The interview was a structured, competency-based interview conducted by two interviewers. They took turns asking me a series of behavioral and technical questions. For each behavioral question, they encouraged me to use the STAR method—outlining the Situation, Task, Action, and Result—to give clear, structured examples from my past experiences. This format allowed me to demonstrate my skills, problem-solving approach, and how I’ve handled real-life challenges relevant to the IT Operations role.
