Consisted of a video interview and an assessment day
Video interview were just some simple strength based questions
Assessment day consisted of 2 halves, face to face interview process and 4 aptitude tests
For f2f interview, went through 3, 15 minute interviews with different staff (in a group of 11 candidates). Mainly asked strength based/situational judgement questions. Friendly interviewers
For aptitude tests there were 4 timed tests
Numerical reasoning, Venn diagram, Verbal Reasoning, General aptitude tests
All were done on electronic equipment and not too difficult
