The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
Thier margins are thin
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2025
Interview
You have the floor the first 10 mins with questions like share a little about your background in tech.
Then a question about your resume and about a project you made. For example, the tech you used etc...
the last 15 mins of the interview is the interviewer telling you about how they work and what to expect for example the training you will take on and how much to expect for pay.
Finally, they let you ask your question followed by potential feedback on what you did well, and you didn't in that interview.

Question 1
Describe a project that you developed and talk about the tech stack used.
Diabolical! They made a huge song and dance about the 'terrible ethics' of not getting back to candidates and how they were different. This was stated over and over during their 'open day'. Only to ghost 😅

Reason for wanting to join the returners programme.
