1. Phone screening
They will ask you very simple Java/SQL questions and what you know about FDM Group. You should know by the end of the call if you've made it through to the next round.
2. Aptitude tests
You take a simple online aptitude test for logic as well as a 5-question one-way video interview. Some of their video interview questions can be found on their blog posts regarding interviewing because it is taken from a bank.
3. In-person interviews
You, and whoever else is interviewing will show up to their building and watch various presentations regarding their HR and Training policies. You then do a short technical interview and behavioural interview. Interviewers are very relaxed and easygoing. It appears that the focus is more on your ability to communicate and how "marketable" you are as an employee. Do your research for the technical interview, some of the questions can be found in these reviews.
4. Aptitude games
At location, you will take two 20 minute 'games' that analyze your verbal reasoning and pattern recognition/numerical ability.
5. Result
They will call you within 48 hours to let you know if you have the offer.
