FDM Group interview questions

online interview with 6 questions including one warm up question such as what is your hobby. was given 30 seconds to prepare an answer and a time limit of 1:30 to actually answer the questions.

Scheduled a call with a recruiter for an initial phone screen interview. The guy was 20+ minutes late to the call. After I called his office and cell (both of which did not have voicemails set up), I had to email him and remind him about the call. He got through his pitch, which was rushed and rather unenthusiastic, talked about the training (8-10 weeks long) and at the end went into the salary (44k-49k). Oh and at the beginning of this process, he emailed me and asked me to look over the attachment in the email (he forgot to attach it ...). FDM, if you want to hire the best people, and their first interaction with your company is this, I wish you the best of luck.
