FDM Group interview questions

Easy-Quick application, Digital interview, Assessment centre. All seemed to easy and then looked at reviews and realised why. They are upfront with you about the 20,000 training costs and the geographical flexibility to be fair but it still feels like a sales pitch. Everyone in recruitment was really nice and flexible so it was a good experience but I wouldn't advise taking this unless your seriously desperate.

Took about 2 weeks from the date of application to an invitation to the video Interview. Then you get called for a little pre-screening conversation which basically tells you that you won't be paid for a month or so while training. Then you get sent a link to the video interview. That's as far as I went.
