I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Escocia) in Oct 2016
Interview
Attended an Insight Evening for Ex-Armed Forces in Glasgow which was very informative and explained step by step what they could provide me, and what they get out of you in return. Was invited to attend an Advanced Course Assessment that involved a 1-on-1 45 minute interview, followed by an assessed case study where you have 30 minutes to review a series of documents concerning a made up project, then 10-15 minutes to present your review of that project as the Project Manager to 'The Board', which consisted of 2-3 senior FDM members.
All in all I found the experience challenging but very enjoyable. The process is designed to put you under pressure and see how you react. All interviewers concerned were attentive, informative and helped you out as best as they could.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
After a brief phone interview, I was asked to come out to their NYC office for assessment.
The assessment day consisted of brief presentation about FDM, in-person assessment test, and interview with HR and Tech Instructor. There wasn't anything particularly hard about the interview; everything was straight forward.
Had to decline the offer after not being able to commit for 2-years on company (this happened after I was offered a position)
