The recruiter consultant sent me an email with FDM’s website and social network pages to prepare for the phone interview. The phone Interview questions were, Talk about yourself, What do you know about our company? Where do you want to see yourself in the next 5 years? After lunch, there was a group task and a set notation and Venn diagram test. These are some of the questions that were asked of me or by others during the day: Math Test Basic arithmetic Long multiplication and long division Pythagoras theorem, to find unknowns using Simultaneous equations Logical Test Lots of brain teasers Questions that assess your ability to recognize patterns (e.g., given a set of numbers, determine the next three in the series) Interview

After passing the video interview stage, I was invited to the Assessment Day in London. This consists of 3 tests: Basic Maths test, IT/Logic test and a Venn Diagram Test, followed by 3 short interviews. Each interview was approximately 5 minutes and consists of 4-5 questions depending on the interviewer.
