I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview for the graduate program consists of a video interview and an asssesment day.
The video interview had four questions with limited time to answer. Questions were mainly about your background, your relation with IT and your opinion about relocation. It was quite simple.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FDM Group (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Initial interview by phone followed by one-day assessment center comprised of technical and general competency tests, and three short interviews with panels of one or two interviewers. What was very frustrating was that although I was informed that I had "almost" achieved a high enough score to be accepted, I could not get any detailed follow up to help me to prepare if I wanted to reapply.

Question 1
Most of the interview was pretty generic, but I was given technical questions about JAVA programming.

Interview
I turned in my resume online, and a few days later I got a phone call and they booked me for a phone interview. The recruiting manager was very nice. We talked about 15 min. Then she booked me for assessment day.
On the assessment day, we were required to dress up with business attire and arrive at 8:45. After 9, they had a presentation about the company and asked us to introduce ourselves (name, university, degree program, if you take some famous person out for dinner who would you take). Then they gave each of us a pad and we did 2 tests. Easy stuff. After the test most people would sit in the room and do some questions as a whole group. They said it's for testing your communication skills but nobody actually watched you. Basically they just found you something to do when you were waiting. They took 2 people out every time to have an 8 - 9 min interview with a trainer and a manager. The trainer asked some technical questions in programming. The manager asked behaviour question. When I asked questions back, the manager was basically just talking about how well their company was doing but not really honestly answered my questions. Throughout the interview they kept saying the other companies asked for 2-year experience (which is not necessarily true), but they don't ask for experiences. They gave us lunch after 1pm (kind of late, cause we did not take any water or food since 8am). Bring water if you go there. After lunch, the Venn diagram test. Easy but you have to be careful. Some of them are tricky. After the test they showed us around and by the end there was an HR presentation.
